Step 1 - Discover
Set the game plan. We'll virtually meet in a 90min strategy session to unpack and clarify your goals and vision — covering key points from your completed client questionnaire. I'll dig deep into your brand personality, ideal client profile, existing business, competitors and any specific messaging preferences. We'll also arrange past client interviews for me to complete.
Step 2 - Distil
Analyse and refine the plan. I'll review the interview findings and extract the gold flakes from my research. Your messaging guide takes shape and is finalised with your approval. I'll map out your website page structures and section formatting, all in your voice of course.
Step 3 - Deploy
Write. Write. Write. The website copy is written in an editable Google Doc so you can access and review Version 1. (Within two weeks of messaging guide approval.) There's two revision rounds, so plenty of scope to ensure you're 100% happy before it's proofread and approved for your website designer to do their thing.
Once Version 2 is approved, I'll send copy across to your designer, and we'll meet on a wrap-up call (to celebrate).
